A match to forget as far as I & several other participants were concerned. Almost all the anglers apart from the two at the far end struggled for any fish.
Graham Johnson was next to me and stuck it out until the end - seeing as he'd had a Tench and Pikelet - and precious little else. Steve Wilson and Brian Woods were bagging up at the top end - with a couple of reports that their weights were up around 20lb each.
Back on the proper match length next week - hopefully, today's shocker won't have put too many people off.
